Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains the rules and standards that apply when using Clevaly. By accessing or using Clevaly, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Purpose
Clevaly is designed to support education, learning, academic organization, and study assistance. Users must use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
2. Lawful use
You may only use Clevaly for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Clevaly to violate any applicable law or regulation, commit fraud or deceptive practices, circumvent legal requirements, or infringe the rights of others.
3. Academic integrity
Users are responsible for complying with the academic integrity policies of their schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
You may not use Clevaly to:
- Engage in academic misconduct;
- Violate examination rules;
- Circumvent instructor requirements;
- Misrepresent AI-generated work where prohibited;
- Submit content in violation of institutional policies.
Clevaly is intended to support learning, not replace personal academic responsibility.
4. Prohibited content
You may not upload, create, store, share, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful;
- Is fraudulent or misleading;
- Infringes intellectual property rights;
- Violates privacy rights;
- Contains malware or malicious code;
- Promotes harmful or illegal activities;
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses others;
- Contains sexually explicit material;
- Contains hate speech or discriminatory content.
5. Educational materials
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and use educational materials. You may not repeatedly upload content that violates copyright laws, violates licensing agreements, is distributed without authorization, or infringes the rights of content owners.
6. Abuse of AI features
You may not use Clevaly's AI systems to:
- Generate harmful content;
- Generate illegal content;
- Circumvent platform restrictions;
- Attempt to exploit AI systems;
- Conduct automated abuse;
- Create spam at scale;
- Overload platform resources.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to AI features where abuse is detected.
7. Platform abuse
You may not reverse engineer the platform, attempt to access unauthorized systems, bypass security measures, scrape data from Clevaly, use automated bots without permission, interfere with platform operation, or attempt to disrupt services.
8. Account sharing
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their accounts. You may not share paid accounts in violation of subscription terms, sell access to Clevaly, transfer accounts to others without permission, or use another user's account without authorization.
9. Public content and sharing
Where public sharing features are available, users must ensure content is accurate to the best of their knowledge, does not violate intellectual property rights, does not contain confidential information, and does not contain personal information without consent.
Clevaly may remove publicly shared content that violates this policy.
10. Enforcement
Clevaly may take action against accounts that violate this policy, including content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, and limiting access to AI features.
Enforcement decisions are made at Clevaly's discretion.

Users may report violations of this policy by contacting support@clevaly.io.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within Clevaly and on associated websites. Continued use of Clevaly following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
