Refund & Subscription Policy

Clevaly may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Paid plans may provide access to additional features, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered study tools
• Increased usage limits
• Premium study generation features
• Additional storage
• Enhanced educational features

Subscription features and pricing may change over time.

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Depending on your selection, subscriptions may be billed:

• Monthly
• Annually
• Through other billing periods offered by Clevaly

By subscribing, you authorize Clevaly, applicable app stores, and payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Your payment method will be charged automatically using the billing information provided.

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through:

• Account settings
• Applicable app store subscription settings
• Other cancellation methods provided by Clevaly

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Cancellation does not immediately terminate access to paid features. Access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period.

General rule

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

This includes:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused subscription time
• Unused AI credits
• Failure to use purchased features

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate charges
• Accidental multiple purchases
• Billing errors caused by Clevaly
• Technical failures preventing access to purchased services

Approval of refunds is determined at Clevaly's sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

If you purchased a subscription through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

refund requests must be submitted directly through the applicable platform. Clevaly cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by third-party app stores. Users should review the refund policies of the relevant platform.

If Clevaly offers free trials:

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Clevaly may modify subscription pricing at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided when required. Price changes generally apply to future billing periods.

If an account is suspended or terminated for violating Clevaly's Terms of Service:

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
• Access to paid features may be revoked immediately.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Clevaly does not store full payment card information. Users agree to comply with the terms of any payment provider used to process transactions.

Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Account suspension
• Account termination
• Loss of access to paid features
• Additional review of account activity

Nothing in this policy limits any rights users may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
