  • Crash, diagnostic, and error information

Analytics and error monitoring

We use third-party analytics and monitoring tools, including PostHog and Sentry.

These services help us understand product usage, diagnose technical issues, detect crashes, and improve the platform.

3. AI processing

Clevaly uses artificial intelligence services provided by third-party providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini.

When you upload documents or request AI-powered features, relevant content may be securely processed by these providers to generate study materials, notes, flashcards, summaries, explanations, assistant responses, and other educational content.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or free of errors. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for academic or educational purposes.

4. Document storage

Documents uploaded to Clevaly may be stored on our systems to:

  • Maintain study materials
  • Regenerate content
  • Support future features
  • Improve user experience

Unless deleted by the user or otherwise required by law, uploaded materials may remain stored until the associated account is deleted.

5. Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers, app stores, or subscription infrastructure providers. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. Payment providers may collect information necessary to process transactions, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and provide purchase support.

We do not sell personal information.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Clevaly is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. International users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries different from your country of residence. By using Clevaly, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.
