Notifications
The six notification categories, how to enable push on mobile and browser notifications on the web, and what cannot be turned off.
Every notification lands in your inbox at Notifications. Push delivery to your phone and browser is optional and controlled per category under Settings → Notifications. Categories are saved to your account, so web and mobile agree.

Class invites and organization invites are always delivered so you never miss being added to a class.
Push on mobile
Allow notifications when the app asks, or later in your phone's settings for Clevaly. The app registers your device and time zone so reminders arrive at sensible local hours.
Browser notifications
On the Notifications settings page choose Enable browser notifications and accept the browser prompt. If it says notifications are blocked, allow them for clevaly.com in your browser's site settings. This is per browser and per device.
Not getting anything?
- Check the category is on and the app has permission in system settings.
- Focus or Do Not Disturb modes silence pushes; the inbox still fills up.
- Check-ins are never sent between 21:00 and 08:00 local time.
