Profile, username and avatar

Set your username and display name, upload an avatar, add your school, and see what your public profile shows.

Username

Your username is your public handle and your profile address, clevaly.com/@username. Change it under Settings → Profile. Letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens are allowed, up to 40 characters, and it must be unique. Old share links keep working after a change because they use ids, but profile links use the new name.

Display name

Your real name is private by default. Turn on Show real name publicly if you want it alongside your username on your profile.

Avatar

Upload a square image of at least 256 by 256 pixels, or remove it to fall back to your initials. If you signed in with Google, your Google photo is used until you upload one. The avatar studio shows where it appears.

School

Under Settings → Account you can add your school. It helps timetable import, course-site matching and Cleva. It is not shown publicly.

Your public profile

Your profile lists your public sets, folders and stats. Use the Public view toggle on your own profile to see exactly what others see. Private and class-only sets are never listed.
