Find your way around the workspace

What Home, Library, Classes, Search and the command menu are for, and where things end up when you create them.

The web app and the mobile app share the same four areas. On mobile they are the tabs Home, Explore, Library and Classes. On the web they live in the sidebar.

Home

Home is today. It shows the timetable widget with your classes for the day, upcoming deadlines and exams, a quick-resume card for the set or folder you last opened, quick actions, your classes, and recent sets and folders. Everything is scoped to the active term.

Library

Library is everything you own in one list: sets, folders and classes. Filter by type, sort by recent or by name, and switch between grid and list view. Row actions cover rename, duplicate, move to folder, delete and import. Batch imports that are still generating show their progress here.

Classes

Each class has tabs for Home, Assignments, Syllabus and Settings. The class Home lists its sets, folders, topics and course dates, and has an Ask Cleva about this class shortcut.

Search and Explore

Search covers your own content and public sets from other students. Results split into All, Sets, Flashcards and Notes, with browse pills for Classes, Folders and Community. The mobile Explore tab is the same thing.

The command menu

Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on a Mac) anywhere on the web to open the command menu. It searches your recents and everything else, and runs actions like Create study set, Create folder, Create course, Toggle theme and Copy link. Ctrl+Enter opens a result in a new tab.
