Timetable and weekly schedule
Import a timetable from a photo or PDF, edit weekly slots by hand, and understand what the Home widget shows.
Each class carries its own weekly schedule: one or more slots with a day, start and end time, and a location, plus the instructor and office hours. Together they make the timetable widget on Home, the iOS schedule widget, and the class-reminder notifications.
Import from a photo or PDF
- Go to Timetable import.
- Upload an image or PDF of your timetable (up to 12 MB).
- Wait while Clevaly reads the file, finds the classes and builds the schedule.
- Review the list: rename a class, fix a slot, or remove anything that is not a course.
- Confirm. Classes are created in your active session with their slots.
Edit by hand
Open a class and go to Settings to add or change slots, the instructor and office hours. A syllabus upload can also fill the schedule in if the document lists meeting times.
Time zones
Slots are stored as the wall-clock times you enter, the same way they are printed on your timetable. There is no time-zone setting. Cleva check-ins use your phone's time zone so they arrive at sensible local hours.
One-off changes
The schedule is a weekly pattern. A class that is cancelled or moved for one week is best handled by adding a key date on the class syllabus, which shows up on Home as an upcoming date.
